Prior to joining Think Beyond (as maternity cover for Rosanna Post), Simon was the founder of youth marketing agency Hype Collective. The agency delivered award-winning campaigns for brands like Adobe, Co-op, and Deliveroo, pioneering a new approach to marketing by co-creating campaigns with young people. Over seven years, Hype Collective facilitated more than 5,000 paid opportunities for 16–24-year-olds across the UK. In 2023, the agency was successfully acquired.

Beyond his day job, Simon has been a trustee for The Kids Network for the past four years. The charity provides mentoring to children in London as they transition into secondary school. During his tenure, he has helped the organisation navigate turbulent times, ensuring it continues to make a huge positive impact on young Londoners.

Simon was drawn to Think Beyond to focus the next phase of his career on harnessing the power of sport for positive change. A proud optimist, he believes in the ability of sport, and its fans, to drive meaningful impact in the world.

Outside of work he’s an inconsistent but enthusiastic cyclist & squash player.
