Brief info

Radha (RB) is one of the forerunners in creating purpose-driven programming and revenue enhancing strategies in and through sport.

For over two decades, she has developed strategies, narratives, and programmes for teams, leagues, brands, governing bodies, non-profits, and personalities. RB has delivered work around the world for the likes of The NFL, Bloomberg, Rexona (Degree), Audible, The North Face, Liverpool FC, Canadian Tire, Special Olympics, The Players’ Coalition, Sun Life, and numerous other national and international organisations, initiatives, and programmes. She also leads all our youth leadership work, notably designing and delivering programmes for both Billie Jean King and Michael Johnson.

Alongside her strategic expertise and keen eye for commercial opportunities, RB specialises in designing and facilitating action-driven discussions, workshops, and panels; providing MC services, delivering keynote speeches, and lending her voice to bring content to life. She co-hosts The Game Plan – Inside the Business of Sport. RB has appeared on various media outlets, in print, and on podcasts.

Current clients include NASCAR, ESPN, Billie Jean King Foundation, and Zurich.

She is a graduate of Loughborough University (UK), was their Athletic Union President, and has previously held roles at The Football Foundation, Women in Sport, British Universities and Colleges Sport, and London Sport. Radha is based in our New York City office.
