Pippa Nicholas

Pippa is a Consultant at Think Beyond - bringing expertise in project management, social impact programme implementation and partnerships.

Pippa has a background working across numerous social impact projects, monitoring and evaluation (MEL) and strongly believes in generating positive social outcomes through the power of sport. Previously to Think Beyond, Pippa worked at London Sport, leading on MEL across a number of programmes; ranging from largescale funds such as Sport England’s Together Fund, activating environments programmes, to innovative research and equity projects, working within underserved communities.
She previously worked in MarComms for six years in the non-for-profit sector, at The Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, working within account handling, public affairs and policy, and project management.

Pippa has a passion for supporting girls and women to become more active and creating impact within grassroot communities.
