Olivia Knight-Adams

Olivia is a values-driven senior sustainability professional, project manager and change maker with proven success in delivering high profile multi-stakeholder impact for corporate and non-profit organisations. She is a people focused “doer”, always looking for ways to inspire positive change and has built a specialised background in sustainability strategy development and implementation, responsible sourcing, partnership building, training and development, and inspiring positive behaviour change within organisations.

Olivia has proven success in delivering high profile multi-stakeholder projects for corporate, non-profit and third sector organisations, with a particular focus on the Food and Drink, Hospitality and Events sectors. She has worked with London 2012, Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) where she coordinated delivery of ODA’s sustainable development strategy, monitored performance from design to construction, and managed sustainability project budget in excess of £1.7m. This led to her achieving success with Coca-Cola, where she was responsible for ensuring that Coca-Cola delivered its most sustainable sponsorship of any Olympic and Paralympic Games whilst delivering against its long term 2020 vision. More recently Olivia was the Snowfox Group strategic sustainability lead, defining ESG Strategy in line with group global growth strategy. This included being the sustainability lead for YO Sushi from 2018-2021, developing, implementing and embedding their sustainability and responsible sourcing strategy across the business, resulting in them being awarded the Sustainable Restaurant Association’s Sustainable Seafood Sourcing Award 2019.
