With a career spanning client-side, agency, and rights-holder roles across Australasia and the UK, Oliver has worked with some of the world’s most recognisable brands, including Heineken, Moët Hennessy, Budweiser, Nike, and Chelsea FC. His cross-market experience and instinct for meaningful storytelling have made him a standout leader in a rapidly evolving sponsorship landscape.

Previously at Three UK, Oliver led the brand’s partnership with Chelsea FC since 2020 – overseeing the three-year front-of-shirt deal and, most recently, making history by launching Three as Chelsea FC Women’s first-ever women’s-only principal partner. He delivered campaigns that blended cultural resonance with commercial success, including the award-winning #TalkMoreThanFootball initiative with Samaritans, encouraging open conversations around mental health.

Oliver was also the driving force behind the #WeSeeYou Network – a growing platform that recognises and supports women in football. With thousands of nominations, the campaign has delivered real-world change, celebrating unsung heroes and offering mentorships to help nominees thrive in a traditionally male-dominated space.

In 2024, Oliver pioneered the Lily Parr AI campaign, using cutting-edge technology to give voice to a football icon and spotlight the overlooked history of the women’s game – a bold example of his commitment to meaningful innovation.

Oliver currently leads Think Beyond’ s purposeful partnerships team. Guided by the belief that “we have to earn our right to speak,” he brings humility, purpose, and ambition to every partnership – redefining what sponsorship can achieve and setting a new benchmark for impact in sport.
