Naomi joined Think Beyond in June 2025 as Senior Operations Manager, bringing with her over a decade of experience leading operational strategy, client engagement and delivery across sectors including Tech, SaaS, Media, Sports, Marketing and Hospitality. As a people-first strategist, she thrives on creating clarity, energy and connection across teams to deliver seamless client experiences and meaningful impact.

She has a background spanning global brands and fast-paced agencies and has led cross-functional teams to design and implement operational frameworks that enhance culture, efficiency and client satisfaction. She’s passionate about translating big-picture strategy into actionable plans, ensuring alignment, collaboration and momentum across every stage of delivery.

At Think Beyond, Naomi supports the business through a period of growth, shaping internal processes, refining client journeys and strengthening team engagement. Her ability to bring structure, empathy and creativity to complex challenges makes her a valued part of the Think Beyond team.

Outside of work, Naomi loves boxing, reading & is a self-taught painter who loves exploring new flavours and cultures through travel. A real foodie at heart, she believes the best ideas often start over yummy food and great conversation.
