Maggie has over eight years of experience leading large-scale social and economic development projects, focusing on creating effective policies and programs that shift frameworks to enable long-term, systemic impact.

She has worked with governments, multilateral development banks, and mission-driven organizations across Latin America, designing and implementing programs addressing urban poverty, informal economies, and social inclusion to create sustainable and resilient communities.

She brings extensive experience in building innovative public-private frameworks for inclusive development. She contributed to the creation of Buenos Aires’ first public-private development fund, supporting social entrepreneurship and community-driven infrastructure. Most recently, she served as Director of Planning and Management in the Ministry of Social Development for the Government of Buenos Aires, leading the design and implementation processes of social development policies and initiatives.

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, she holds a BA in Political Science, an MSc in Public Policy (UTDT, Argentina) with a specialization in Economic Development, and an MSc in Development Management with a specialization in Applied Economic Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
