Lois Peake

Lois is motivated in supporting organisations to utilise and amplify sports' ability to have positive long-lasting impacts on people, society, and our planet. At Think Beyond, Lois is currently supporting the project management and social impact strategy development with clients such as Z Zurich, Bloomberg, and LIV Golf.

Prior to joining Think Beyond, Lois worked at British Canoeing where she worked with stakeholders and partners to design and deliver social impact initiatives, bespoke workshops, and presentations; as well as grant management and policy writing. For the past two years, Lois has also been a co-opted member of Table Tennis England Board’s Talent and Performance committee, where she has provided strategic oversight, critical evaluation and co-led the development and implementation of an Athlete Panel in the Talent and Performance Pathway.

Lois studied Sport and Exercise Science at Loughborough University and completed her Management Psychology postgraduate degree at the University of Nottingham. Alongside her studies, Lois competed at a senior international level in Table Tennis, competing at multiple European Championships.
