Lisa has fifteen years’ experience in the sport industry and her expertise is focused on strategy creation, project management, grant programmes, partnerships and communications. She is passionate about the life-long benefits that sport can bring to people's lives and the potential it holds for breaking down barriers.

At Think Beyond her work includes the design and delivery of impactful programmes. Taking a lead on our delivery of Audible UK’s social impact strategy, her remit ranges across project management, strategy creation, grant programme delivery and evaluation, curriculum development, communications and content creation. Her expertise in report writing meanwhile has seen her deliver social impact reports for 11th Hour Racing Team, FIBA, Bloomberg and Audible, using quantitative and qualitative data to showcase change, and drive engagement with stakeholders.

She was previously Executive Director of Think Beyond Talent, creating values driven talent narratives and commercial and media partnerships for clients including Michael Johnson, Tanni Grey-Thompson, Will Greenwood, Carl Frampton, Molly Thompson-Smith and Kate and Helen Richardson-Walsh. This has given her exposure to the landscape across women’s sport, disability sport, and LGBTQ+ inclusion, and unique insight on the ability of athletes to use their platform for positive social change.

At Think Beyond Lisa has led delivery for clients including Bloomberg, Audible, 11th Hour Racing Team, FIBA, Legal & General, Brian Dawkins Impact Foundation and UN Patron of the Oceans Lewis Pugh.
