Ben leads the talent procurement, strategy and management team at Think Beyond working with some of the most iconic names in sport such as Michael Johnson, Tanni Grey-Thompson and Carl Frampton. His team crafts talent careers to provide direction and fulfilment. His expertise lies in social cause focused narrative creation, positioning and commercial development, delivering long term and rewarding careers that blend good business with positive social change.
Ben has been with Think Beyond for nearly a decade but previously he was in the sports team at global media agency Dentsu (now MKTG) where he worked across the sport sponsorship portfolios of British Gas & British Swimming, Vauxhall & Home Nations Football and FedEx’s Heineken Cup and ATP Tour.
