Ariel brings over 15 years of global experience in athlete marketing, sponsorships, partnerships, business development, and experiential marketing, with a distinct focus on talent management, philanthropy, and purpose-driven initiatives.
Her career spans roles at industry leaders including Octagon, Spiro, Momentum Worldwide, American Youth Football, and IMG - bridging the worlds of sport and entertainment. She has activated and managed marketing for professional athletes, as well as in campaigns for top brands such as American Express, Porsche, Kraft Foods, and Vitamin Well, including national grassroots initiatives like the Kraft–Feeding America program. Ariel has also worked across premier global tennis tournaments from the US Open to the Tokyo Open, developing and executing high-impact partnership programs.
A former gymnast and NCAA lacrosse athlete, Ariel’s foundation in competitive sport continues to inform her leadership style and commitment to high performance and teamwork. Beyond the commercial arena, she has led initiatives for NGOs in sport and development, designed programs supporting athletes with disabilities, and serves as a health and wellness coach within high-risk and underserved communities, including refugees and formerly incarcerated individuals.
Currently, based between New York, Madrid, and Washington, DC, Ariel holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. A certified yoga therapist, Ironman triathlete, and passionate world traveler, she brings a holistic and global perspective to her work.
