Andrew Graham

Andrew is Think Beyond's Senior Director of Operations and his passion for purpose-led business is driven by the need for urgent action to address complex global issues. He believes that businesses have an undeniable responsibility for climate action and sees both the moral and commercial imperatives for bedding environmental stewardship and social responsibility into business.

Andrew’s extensive leadership experience spans design, tech, strategy, innovation, research and insight, in organisations with global reach. He held EMEA and APAC responsibility in a multi-national organisation, working with diverse stakeholders to streamline and structure international operations during 5 years of hypergrowth. He developed his leadership career in independent consultancies and agencies, partnering with entrepreneurial founders and Boards to stabilise, structure, scale and sustainably grow a range of service businesses. Both strategic thinker and operational executor, he has designed and delivered transformational change; he has led complex, multi-year, multi-shareholder M&A integrations and pivoted organisations fully towards purpose.

Andrew is experienced in bringing the BCorp movement to life in business. He enjoys developing strong stakeholder governance frameworks and putting responsible business practices at the heart of a company’s identity and culture. He sees the huge commercial opportunities and societal gains for climate change innovation and focuses on developing agile cultures that harness such ambition. He particularly enjoys developing collaborative ecosystems and champions ‘stubborn optimism’ so that we can collectively fix the future.
