Aarushi Asawa

Aarushi is a dynamic professional blending academic excellence, athletic prowess, and extensive experience in sustainability, entrepreneurship, and management consulting. With a diverse educational background encompassing a Full-Time MBA specialising in sustainability strategy and entrepreneurship (2023), an Executive Masters in Sports Management from FIFA (2022), and a Chartered Accountant (ACA) designation achieved in 2018, it is her passion for driving positive change that threads these together.

Professionally, she has over six years of experience in management consulting, having held key roles at firms such as KPMG, and EY. Currently serving as a Sustainability Senior Associate at Think Beyond, she leverages sport as a catalyst for sustainable social change, while also devising impactful sustainability strategies and carbon reduction plans for organisations across diverse sectors. Moreover, she has spearheaded notable sustainability and entrepreneurship projects, including the establishment of 'Club Khel,' a social enterprise aimed at revolutionising education through play-based learning.

Outside of work, Aarushi was a national-level table tennis player, clinching numerous championships and being among the All-India top 10 rankings over the years.
